Who founded OUER?

In 2024, Marie Frøhlich and Josefine Ekstrand founded OUER, initially as a holistic experiment to support each other in recovering from stress and burnout.

Today, OUER is dedicated to inspire individuals to heal
and bring more balance into everyday life. Always with an honest and holistic approach to skincare.

Where are OUER products made?

All ouer skincare products are handcrafted in our lab in Copenhagen, Denmark. We produce small batches so our products are as fresh and potent as possible.

Are Ouer sustainable?

Ouer uses recyclable FSC packaging. Our oils come from all over the world and we aim to find small organic farmers to prevent overproduction of natural materials.

We know we are not perfect, but it's our priority to continually improve our environmental footprint.

Recycling?

Save the bottle for a flower! Each component of your OUER product is 100% recyclable however, depending upon your local recycling program, it may not be possible to recycle the smaller components.

Where do you source your ingredients?

Our oils come from all over the world. Working directly with the organic farmers makes it easier for us to check the quality and provide you with the highest quality products.

Are essential oils safe?

We formulate based on the belief that the majority of people have sensitive skin, so we’ve taken serious precautions to choose the least irritative oils of the highest quality. As all skin is unique and can interact differently with botanical ingredients, we recommend allowing 2 weeks for your skin to adapt to a new product.

Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider, if you have any concerns.

If you have perfume allergies we recommend you to use over fragrance free products.

Are your ingredients organic?

Yes! We always use organic high quality ingredients.

How long will my skincare product last?

The products are formulated to have a shelf life of 12 months. We recommend that you use your product within 6 months of opening. Please take care to store the products in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. This will help to get the most out of your product.

What skin type are OUER skincare products suitable for?

Our skincare products are suitable for all skin types, but are especially formulated to sensitive skin.

Full ingredient lists are available on each product package.

As all skin is unique and can interact differently with botanical ingredients, we recommend allowing 2 weeks for your skin to adapt to a new product. If you have any concerns, allergies, or illnesses, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with
your healthcare provider before usage.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes absolutely!

Are your products clean?

Ouer skincare products are clean and 100% natural. We keep our ingredient lists simple and formulate without: sulfates, phthalates, alcohol and parabens.

Can pregnant women use OUER skincare?

As every journey is unique we always recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider for review before usage.

Are OUER products gender neutral?

Yes! Ouer skincare is for everyone.

When are more products launching?

We are continually formulating. We hope to have more products for you later in 2024! Sign up for our newsletter to get updates on new product launches.

How to apply Tansy Facial Oil?

Warm a few drops of oil in palms of hands, take a second to inhale the scent and lightly press into freshly cleansed skin.

Gently massage over face, neck and décolletage. Remember to breath and relax your face muscles.

Apply morning and night.
For additional hydration use Rose Floral Mist before applying facial oil. It will help the oil to penetrate deeper, seal the floral water and fast absorbing.

Bonus, you will also use less oil when your skin is damp be fore applying.

Can I update or cancel my order?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards and ApplePay.

When will my order ship?

Our team ships orders Monday-Friday and will ship your product within 2-3 business days. We use DAO for all domestic orders. For more shipping questions, please visit our Shipping & Return page.

Do I need to pay taxes?

In Denmark taxes (25%) are included in our prices and we will show them to you transparently at checkout. You will not be charged separate tax upon receipt of your Ouer order.

How fast will my order ship?

In Denmark, standard shipping will generally arrive within 3 to 5
business days. Outside Denmark, shipping times vary by location,
generally from 7 – 15 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Do you accept returns?

We accept return on sales in Denmark. You may return the product in its original condition to us within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Products returned or exchanged must be unopened in their original packaging, and in unused
condition. This includes original packaging. The original invoice and or packing slip must be provided with any return.

International sales are all final sale only. We do not accept international returns.

What do I do if I receive the wrong product or damaged product?

Please reach out to our team at hello@ouerworld.com as
soon as possible with photos of any damage and your order number so we can help you quickly.

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

We are aware that sometimes unfortunate issues happen with orders, like a product being lost or stolen. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items; please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number.
