Josefine Co-Founder

Josefine is an multidisciplinary designer with over a decade of various entrepreneurial adventures in which has formed her way, not only as a human, but also how she aspires to do har best and never compromise on the quality in her work. From everything to opening one of Copenhagen's firsts kombucha microbreweries and bar. From sewing baby clothes in her basement to form a kids and lifestyle brand selling in over 300 stores worldwide. Traveling Europe with her husband and two kids in a veteran bus from 1963, living tiny and meeting people from all walks of life and their different ways of living. 

Brought up in a Waldorf school north of Copenhagen, where the integration of art into all academic disciplines is taught. Josefine's interest in the holistic has been with her since childhood. A philosophical or scientific theoretical direction that emphasizes considering phenomena as a whole. Beauty cannot therefore not just be considered from the outside, but only arises in interaction with the inside. 

Alongside her travels she's been exploring the more natural way of taking care of body and soul. Married to a body therapist, body and psyche have always been an important part of everyday life. Alternative methods and a holistic approach to  working with skin care has been a hobby. For the past 10 years, Josefine has developed her own oils, tea mixtures and toothpaste for her and her three children.

Today, Josefine uses her wide experience to develop and shape Ouer.
